Our staff tell us that Candlelight is a good company to work for and over 98% say they would recommend working for us.
To ensure that we are supporting and meeting the expectations of our staff we recently conducted a Care Staff Survey. They told us overwhelmingly that Candlelight is a good company to work for and below are some of the comments we received.
"I think Candlelight are a great firm to work for and count it as a real privilege to be employed by them. I believe they give the best care possible to all the clients I see. All of the staff and especially my Care Staff managers work above and beyond their jobs to make the clients’ lives better. “If I visit a client I have not visited before I just call the office and they give me all the information I need. I always feel my care manager and office staff support me with my job as a carer. I think it’s a very good idea because not only does it pick up on things maybe you have forgotten to do, but when things are right you are praised and that feels good.
