End of Life Care
Candlelight has specially trained care staff who can help at this difficult and emotional time. We can provide support for people who have chosen to be at home in the last days of their life, helping them to maintain their dignity and respecting their needs.
Our highly skilled members of staff have extensive experience in this field (palliative care) and where health needs are complex they will work with other health professionals to ensure the best quality of care.
We can help in a variety of different ways. Taking care of routine tasks such as shopping, cleaning or cooking meals, providing personal care or respite cover, or simply being there to provide sensitive companionship and moral support.
We would do everything possible to make life easier at this time.
We provide our services across Bath & NE Somerset (B&NES), Dorset, Borough of Poole, East Sussex, Somerset and Wiltshire. .

'Dear Candlelight, My mum died peacefully at home on 8th March. This is what she wanted, to be in her own home. Without the help and support of your team of carers this would not have been possible.
