"I really couldn't be without them. It is lovely to have a carer, they do help you".

Training Day

Training

We recognise the importance of training all our care staff to the highest professional standards for the safety and well-being of our clients.

Staff Training

ALL our care staff attend a mandatory Induction and Training course before they are allowed to work with clients and receive on-going training and supervision during their first three months of employment.

Free Training for Client Family Members

Many of our clients have family members who play an important role in their care and well-being and we are pleased to offer them the opportunity to attend, free of charge, any of the Training & Development courses that we run for our staff.

We find that this helps them understand how we can all work together as a team to ensure their loved ones get the best possible care, as well as providing valuable practical knowledge.

An Afternoon To Remember

Some of our clients, singing along to songs from the 50's.

A big thank you to Wells Evening Society who provided a wonderful afternoon for some of our clients in the Glastonbury area, by treating them to a trip down memory lane and a delicious home-made tea.

"I cannot speak highly enough of the carers who come to me. I would be completely devastated and lost without them. It's so nice to have the same girls regularly, I feel so comfortable with them. Thank You"
